Terms and conditions

Payment Terms: All invoices are subject to a 30-day payment term from the invoice date.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge late payment fees and statutory interest on overdue invoices. If necessary, unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt collection agency, and any related costs will be charged to the customer.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
